Antisexual Harassment Committee has been constituted for dealing with the complaints pertaining to sexual harassment matters from students of this institution. Following the members of the Antisexual Harassment Committee.
Sexual Harassment includes such unwelcome sexually determined behaviour (whether directly or by implication) as:
- Physical contact and advances
- A demand or request for sexual favors
- Sexually colored remarks
- Showing pomography
- Any other unwelcome physical, verbal, nonverbal conduct of sexual nature.
In case of harassment in any of the above forms; the complaint can approach to any of the members.
ANTI RAGGING COMMITTEE
(As per SAKSHAM Guideline)
Under the ‘Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1999’ ragging within or outside the institute campus is strictly prohibited. Whosoever directly or indirectly commits, participates in, abets or propagates ragging within or outside the campus shall on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term up to 2 years and / or penalty, which may extend to ten thousand rupees. Any student convicted of an offence of ragging shall be dismissed from the institute and such student shall not be admitted in any other educational institution for a period of five years from the date of order of such dismissal.

The committee shall perform the following tasks in the year: –

Objective of the cell
- l) This cell will look after the related matters (any) of depraving a student/ staff or group of student on the basis of cast, creed, language, ethnicity, gender, different ability.
This cell always try to uphold the dignity of the institution by addressing the concern (if any) brought in to the notice related equality in offering and receiving education inside the campus.
